champs fruites

Daughter of a market gardener, married to the son of a French gardener. I must admit that the land has been pulling me very early!

That’s why our family has chosen a better quality of life: nature, open spaces, and growing bush berries.

I started my company Les Champs Fruités back in 2003 with the help of my dad. He gave me land that had been fallow for more than fifty years. This land is located at the heart of the Jardins horticoles du Québec in Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington. I’ve been planting many different varieties of fruit trees and bushes that suit a rocky loam soil.

I bought two bee hives in 2011 to ensure pollination for all these fruits. I make every effort to offer a superior fruit quality while respecting the environment. With this in mind, I use the strict minimum of pesticides and fertilizers. These cultural practices are better for the flora and fauna protection. It also ensures a greater biodiversity on my farm. I am always on the lookout for new cultures ...

In addition to being excellent for your health, fresh fruits are delicious, can quench your thirst, and contains few calories.
The diversity of my productions do not enable me to propose a “pick-your-own-fruits” formula. However, I will be more than happy to help you discover the freshness and quality of my fruits at the Marché Fermier.
